Let us muse again today from Isaiah 40:12 and the theme of Isaiah’s Christ. We are looking at the measuring hand of God and the fact that He put the Sun in its orbit by a small unnoticeable gesture of the fingers. The Sun is 92,870,000 miles from the Earth. It is 866,000 miles thick and 5,750 degrees centigrade. The sun nukes us with 800 billion + gallons of nuclear energy every second. That nuclear explosion is kept there because of the Sun’s gravity. How did the Sun get there? It was placed there by a small unnoticeable gesture of the fingers of our God. Wow!
