Fetters Of Sorrow Part 2

Let us muse again today from Isaiah 53:3-5 and the theme of Isaiah’s Christ. Let us look again at the manifold fetters of my sorrows. I am told from our text that in my lost state I esteemed Him not. The word carries the thought that I found no value in Him or what He had done on my behalf. He bore upon Himself all my grief and sorrows. He was wounded which means to be pierced through for my sins. He is the one who can unscramble scrambled eggs yet  I found Him of no value or importance. Oh to think that while I was yet a sinner and even in the scope of time before I was a sinner Christ died for me.
