Musing Through Matthew-Where Is Our Brokenness?

Let us muse again today from Matthew 2: 17-18 and the theme of Jesus the King. In our text we find a thought on where is our brokenness? When Herod ordered the killing of all the infants two years old and under the mothers of Israel broke out in lamentations, morning, great weeping and would not be comforted for those who were not. Our nation and its people have murdered billions of babies by abortion yet my eyes are dry and where is my brokenness? Ma wye cry out for God to forgive America for their Holocaust on unborn children.
