Musing Through Matthew-The King Begins To Speak

Let us begin to muse today from Matthew chapter 5: 1-2 and the theme of Jesus the King. We find in our text Jesus has been anointed by the Holy Ghost and He as King has ascended into a high mountain place sits down and begins to speak. It is now the King will begin to speak His kingly principles. His life spoke even when His mouth was shut. Let those who speak about Him not mumble, fumble, or stumble but speak distinctly and clearly. When He begins to speak to us let us shut our mouth and open wide our ears and our hearts.
