Musing Through Matthew- Two Masters

Let us muse again today from Matthew 6:24 and the theme of Jesus King. In our text today our King tells us we cannot be divided in our loyalties and serve two masters. We cannot serve gain and godliness, this world and the next world, or money and God. We must sever ourselves from one or the other. When one seeks to serve both, I can assure you God has long since been let go as the overruling master of our lives.
