Musing Through Matthew- Judging Others

Let us muse again today from Matthew 7:1-2 in the theme of Jesus the King. Our Lord has dealt in past chapters with our devotion to the King, now He will deal with our personal lives. In our text today He deals with the truth of judging others we know this as spiritual examination of others. This is a very dangerous proposition. One reason it is dangerous is because we are foolish to think we know the hearts of others when we do not even know our own hearts. The measure of examination we use on others is always more severe than we use on ourselves. I need not judge others for if I do I will not have time to judge the wickedness  that lives within my own heart.
