Musing Through Matthew- Beware Of Men

Let us muse again today from Matthew 10: 17-18 and the theme of Jesus the king. In our text for today it begins with Jesus words, beware of men. Let us always be cautious of man. Let us not depend upon another but upon Christ alone. Let us not seek to please men for they will often in the end turn upon us. Let you that pastor never make buddies of your people it will return to cause you much trouble. Let us take every opportunity though to tell them of our Lord the one upon whom we depend for He is all we need.
