Musing Through Matthew-The Lord Of The Sabbath

Let us muse again today from Matthew 12:8 and the theme of Jesus the king. In our text for today we find truth about the Lord of the Sabbath. It is here that our Lord takes away all of the legalistic rules and regulations that surround this day. This is not just a Sabbath, it is not for Sunday, this is truly to be  the Lord’s I day. This is a day not about rights and ordinances but a day all about nothing but Christ alone.It is a day to celebrate Him.
