Musing Through Matthew- Parable Of Hidden Leaven

Let us muse again today from Matthew 13:33 and the theme of Jesus the king. In our text for today we find the parable of the leaven. W must be careful of this parable because leaven is often seen as evil. In our text our Lord says the kingdom of heaven is like leaven, I believe he speaks here of its influence and not the evil aspect. This parable says a woman will hide this likeness of leaven by influence in three measures of meal. I feel the woman would be Mary and the virgin birth. The three measures of meal would be the triune God head sown into the church. The final result the whole was overcome by the triune God head just like the evil of leaven consumes one with sin.
