In this one sentence God shares so much truth. There is first of all<em> a past<\/em> <em>fulfillment.<\/em>Isaiah said 750 years before she would have a son She was to call Him Immanuel, which means God is with us. There is also <em>a future fact<\/em>.<em> <\/em>The thought of swaddling clothes speaks of burial garments. The fact is He did not come to live but to die. The last truth is <em>a present form<\/em>.\u00a0 We are told there was no room in the inn and He was laid in a manger. All of these speak of the fashion of He humbled Him self and took on the form of a servant.
