We have found that God turned his prison into a palace of praise. One of the great avenues He used was prayer. I see in verse 11a there is <em>a prayer for anointing<\/em>. He prays that they may\u00a0be filled with the fruits of righteousness. We are told in I Cor. that Christ is made unto us righteousness. It is a status beyond salvation. It is a continual flooding of the soul with Christ and all that He is. In verse 11b there is <em>a prayer for acknowledgement<\/em>. Paul says it is all by Jesus Christ. The word by is the word of a channel or the source. All that Paul had and all that we have comes from Christ. In 11c we see\u00a0<em>a prayer for adoration<\/em>. Paul says that all glory and praise be given to God. The word glory means\u00a0to lift up\u00a0 an adore. The word praise is loud words of commendation. Surely Paul&#8217;s prison in a Roman Sewer has turned into a palace of praise.
