In verse 14 I find <em>the observation of performance<\/em>. Paul said our practice should be without somethings.\u00a0 It should not be <em>an observation of discontentment<\/em>.One of the things it should be without was \u00a0was <em>murmings<\/em>, which means discontentment with ones circumstances. The other we are to be without was <em>disputings.<\/em> This word means, to speak out in an ugly way against those who are in authority. Both of these were practiced by the children of Israel in Numbers 23:5-6. God&#8217;s response was to send fiery serpents among them. They were living on serpent level. In verse 15 I find <em>an observation of dedication<\/em>. Paul reminds us this is a crooked and perverse world and we must lay a Christ\u00a0like life down beside it. We must live a life that is<em> blameless<\/em>, which is a life you can not point a finger at. We must be <em>harmless<\/em> which is a life that is ignorant to the ways of evil. We must also be <em>without rebuke<\/em>, which means without spot.
