Our Encounter today will take us through <em>God&#8217;s narrowness<\/em>. I lay before us that His narrowness is <em>infinite in its birthing<\/em>. James tells us <em>of His own will begot He us<\/em>. The human\u00a0will is never in question but only the divine will. Our human will is dead when it comes to spiritual things because the natural man receiveth\u00a0not the things of God. This puts an end to &#8216;I have decided to follow Jesus&#8217; because dead people can&#8217;t decide. It puts and end to &#8216;Rescue the Perishing&#8217; Dead people are not perishing but they are dead and in need of life. Paul said in Romans 9 &#8216;For he sayeth\u00a0to Moses, <em>I will<\/em> have mercy on whom <em>I will<\/em> have mercy and <em>I will<\/em> have compassion on whom <em>I will<\/em>, so then it is not of him that willeth\u00a0nor of him that runneth but of God that showeth mercy&#8217;. God does not stand with hat in hand, awaiting our acceptance of Him but the sinner is bowed low, trembling, awaiting God&#8217;s acceptance of us. <\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Let us again muse from James 1:18a\u00a0and our Encounter With Theology on the road to blessings.
