Let us look at two of them today. They are<em><strong>\u00a0bowels of mercy and kindness<\/strong><\/em>. The Bible uses the word\u00a0bowels to speak of\u00a0deep in the heart. The word mercies is defined as tender compassion. It is that mercy that esteems others better than yourself. It is a constant attitude of the\u00a0heart that makes us easy to live with. The second is kindness. We are commanded in the Bible to be kind one to another. What a great picture of kindness and mercy is when David took\u00a0Mephibosheth\u00a0to the palace. He had all\u00a0rights to kill him because he was a descendent of Saul, but\u00a0instead he made him his son and sat him at his table.
