Please continue to pray for his family. Let us begin today to\u00a0muse from\u00a0Colossians 3:18-4:1\u00a0and what Paul has to say about<em><strong> the family<\/strong><\/em>. In a comparison passage in Ephesians Paul\u00a0gives the practical application if we are to have a Christian home we must be<em><strong> filled with the Spirit<\/strong><\/em>. In our text\u00a0Paul prefaces this family section with the\u00a0thought that\u00a0we need to have <em><strong>the Word of God dwell in us richly<\/strong><\/em>. The home is under great attack with the passing of the no-fault divorce.\u00a0Fifty percent\u00a0of all marriages end in divorce. No one takes into account the vows of till death do us part taken before God. I have never known a family that ended in divorce where one or both parties were filled with the Spirit of God and the Word of God.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Thanks for all your prayers during my brother&#8217;s death.
