One of the elements Paul warns us of\u00a0here is<em><strong>\u00a0redeeming the time<\/strong><\/em>. We have 1440 minutes a day. They are a non-renewable item. Once we have spent them or wasted\u00a0them they cannot be brought back. Each day at midnight we lose them completely. Only one life\u00a0twill soon be\u00a0passed and only what&#8217;s done for Christ will last. David\u00a0Brainerd the great missionary of yesterday\u00a0lived 29 years, five months, 11 days and 263 years ago, but his journal has never been out of print.
