Let us\u00a0muse today from Colossians\u00a04:\u00a015-16\u00a0and Paul’s words to the sister churches<\/strong><\/em>. Paul sends a greeting to the church at Laodicea, which is\u00a0the church which met in the home of a man by the name of Nymphas.\u00a0Paul had never been seen by this church, but was concerned that this epistle be read by this body of believers. It matters not to whom a\u00a0 portion of scripture\u00a0is written, it will have application for all. It is amazing how quickly a church can become cool towards the things of God. Paul\u00a0sent this thought\u00a0to this\u00a0sister church in A.D. 64 and in A.D. 96 just 32 years later John address them as a luke warm\u00a0church that God was about to spew out of his mouth. It is a frightening\u00a0thought to think the church where you and I attend could be\u00a0gone in a generation.
