Is there any thing left to happen before He comes? The verse we ponder today may answer those questions. Matthew 24:14 says, And the gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations;<em> and then <\/em>shall the end come. <em>What is to be proclaimed?<\/em> Jesus said the gospel must be preached. The gospel is His death, burial and resurrection. <em>Where is<\/em> <em>it to be preached<\/em>? Jesus said it must be preached to all the nations. Our Lord will not come until the last one has heard the gospel. <em>Why<\/em> <em>must the gospel be preached?<\/em> Jesus said, it must be preached as a witness. Our Lord wants all to be without excuse. You might ask <em>what then?<\/em> Jesus said and then the end shall come. It may be a day like today when the last one will hear the good news and our Lord will say to His church come up here.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>One might ask what will determine His coming?
