In these verses we find <strong><em>a warning to all<\/em><\/strong>. In verse 19 the people cried out to the Lord\u00a0as all the fields have lost their ability to produce crops. When I think of God&#8217;s ability to supply or\u00a0cut off the supply of\u00a0our daily\u00a0needs it\u00a0gives a whole new meaning to the prayer, give us this day our daily bread,\u00a0for it \u00a0is God alone who can sustain life. In verse two when I hear the cattle groaning I am reminded of Paul&#8217;s words in Romans that all creation groans for the redemption of the world when all the earth will blossom like a rose.\u00a0May our\u00a0Lord bring us to the place of\u00a0crying out, <strong><em>even so come quickly Lord Jesus.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Let us muse again today from Joel 1:19-20 in this section I have entitled a present day in our journey through the theme of the day of the Lord.
