In verse three\u00a0I see that it is <strong><em>a harden pride. <\/em><\/strong>God says they have been\u00a0deceived by their high\u00a0up place on the mountains. Before the Titanic sank a crew member\u00a0was overheard telling a passenger who\u00a0asked the question is this ship unsinkable, he replied God couldn&#8217;t sink this ship. This was the harden state of Edom. In 3b\u00a0I find\u00a0<strong><em>a halting pride<\/em><\/strong>. They were hidden in a rock called Petra. It was not discovered until 1812. It was so\u00a0high up\u00a0and so hard to reach a dozen men could withstand an army, but Edom\u00a0couldn&#8217;t withstand God&#8217;s attack. In verse four we see <strong><em>a humiliating pride<\/em><\/strong>. Edom felt like they could fly as high as Eagle and\u00a0were set\u00a0like the\u00a0stars, but God says\u00a0you will not\u00a0humble yourself so I will bring you down in humiliation.
