Let us muse today\u00a0from Jonah 1:4\u00a0and Jonah’s storm<\/em><\/strong>. We are told that the Lord sent out a great wind and mighty tempest into the sea and the ship was near to being broken in two. The word\u00a0 Lord is the self-sufficient one, the one who needs no one to complete Him, and the great I am. He has control over all the weather. The disciples on one occasion stood\u00a0in awe\u00a0of Him and said even the wind and sea obey His\u00a0command. When we serve a God who can ride\u00a0hurricanes into\u00a0 large cities of the USA and wipe them out, may we\u00a0bow in humble adoration\u00a0of obedience to His\u00a0Lordship.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
