In verse nine it seems Jonah has done what so many others have done in a hard time and that&#8217;s\u00a0tell the Lord if you get me out of here I will do anything you want. Jonah even\u00a0implies to\u00a0the Lord I will go to Nineveh and preach the gospel. We are told that\u00a0at this time the\u00a0Lord spoke\u00a0to the fish and he\u00a0vomited up Jonah on the shore of Nineveh. He was a bleached blonde Jewish preacher who must now go to Nineveh.
