We are told that the word of the Lord came unto Jonah. I just stand amazed when God speaks to me\u00a0from His\u00a0word. He is not obligated by no means. The great truth of mercy is seen when we are told the word has come for the second time to Jonah. The Lord doesn&#8217;t have to speak to us once, but to\u00a0tell us twice to do something, that my friend is mercy in repetitious form. The mercy of God\u00a0is when he withholds from us what we deserve.
