When the prophet started this book in 1:1 he was in the Valley of\u00a0a great burden and now he ends this book in\u00a03:19\u00a0 on a mountain top rejoicing. His circumstances have not changed if anything they are worse\u00a0 but he has changed. He was now walking by faith instead of sight. He was living by the provisions of God and\u00a0not the circumstances of life. We find\u00a0in and 3:16 this was a time of great fear in\u00a0route from the Valley to the mountaintop.
