While praying\u00a0Habakkuk comes to the\u00a0place of <strong><em>practicing God&#8217;s providence<\/em><\/strong>. One of the keys to providence is in verse 16 which is to<strong><em> rest in the Lord in the day of trouble<\/em><\/strong>. When things upon the earth begin to radically change we can rest in the fact of God&#8217;s Provident&#8217;s.
