We find that\u00a0in his family genealogy he was <strong><em>the great-grandson of Hezekiah<\/em><\/strong>. This was one of Israel&#8217;s righteous kings. This prophet had connection with the royal family of Israel. I wonder if somewhere in his past he chose not to go into the royal direction of being a king, but\u00a0choose rather to suffer the affliction\u00a0of being a prophet. This is certainly not the\u00a0most lucrative direction to go in. I&#8217;m glad that God still has some men\u00a0these days that seek to answer God&#8217;s call and not choose the direction that pays the best.
