In 1:7-12 I find the\u00a0vision\u00a0of<strong><em> the\u00a0four horses<\/em><\/strong>. In verse eight Zachariah is drawn to the red horse with the rider. There is a red horse and rider plus other red horses, speckled, and white. Zechariah is drawn to the red horse\u00a0and its\u00a0rider. Many believe this to be a pre-incarnation of Christ. The other horsemen seemed to be going to\u00a0and fro\u00a0as guards of this great nation. In verse\u00a012 the man on the red horse ask how long wilt thou not have mercy on Israel.\u00a0For the last 2500 years God has shown Jerusalem and Israel no mercy. In verse 16 He says He will return and crown her with mercy and build Himself a house there. He says I&#8217;ll comfort them there.
