We are looking at<strong> multiple causes of God<\/strong> one of which is <strong><em>the comforting cause<\/em><\/strong>.\u00a0In first Corinthians 1 God is called the God of all comfort. We have been told that God will not put any more on us then we can bear\u00a0but life nor the Bible will bear\u00a0this out to be true. Paul tells us in the\u00a0text that\u00a0God put so much on him that\u00a0he was pressed beyond measure. It was more than his strength could carry and he wished that he was dead. Why would God put more on us than we can bear?
