His love never does the minimum but always does more. We are confronted with <strong><em>love&#8217;s sufficient\u00a0qualities\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>in verse 4.I want to look for a few days at <strong><em>the outward qualities<\/em><\/strong>. One of these qualities is <strong><em>love suffereth\u00a0long<\/em><\/strong>. It is patient, long fused, and displays forbearance. It waits patiently for the reformation of a brother rather than fly off at them in a rage. It will put up with many rash things said and done.
