We are looking today at <strong><em>Peter&#8217;s lowly denial<\/em> <\/strong>and <strong><em>the setting\u00a0of prophecy<\/em><\/strong>. I am pointing out the setting of which is going on\u00a0 while Peter decides to\u00a0live by sight instead of by faith. In verses 8-9 we see that\u00a0this arrest is a fulfillment of prophecy. This is not something that can be humanly stopped\u00a0In the middle of this setting of prayer, power,\u00a0and prophecy which are all the great ingredients of faith living\u00a0verse 10\u00a0tells us Peter is packing the heat\u00a0of\u00a0a sword and takes one of the high priest&#8217;s servant&#8217;s ear off.
