We are looking in these days\u00a0at <strong><em>Peter&#8217;s\u00a0lowly denial and the standing of denial<\/em><\/strong>. I lay before us today<strong><em> the standing of welcome.<\/em> <\/strong>When they arrived at the door of the trial John was known and welcomed\u00a0in but Peter was left outside an unwelcome. The word known in verse 15 means to know well and to speak well of.
