In our text today the angel Gabriel has come to visit Mary with the news that she is going to have a baby and yet remain a virgin. He gives the example of her barren cousin Elizabeth who is old, barren, and beyond\u00a0child-bearing\u00a0yet she is six months pregnant. The angel told\u00a0her that<strong><em> God specializes in the impossible<\/em><\/strong>. He can let babies be born to virgins as well as women who are beyond having any ability to give birth. Mary&#8217;s response in verse 38 was do to me according to the Word of God. May we in these days submit to our God to be a candidate for the impossible to be done in our lives. Holy Ghost filled people see\u00a0impossibilities as God&#8217;s possibilities because we know that <strong><em>He specialized\u00a0 in the impossible\u00a0<\/em> <\/strong>even the raising of\u00a0dead sinners.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Let us muse today from Luke 1:35-38 and the people whom God fills with the Holy Ghost and the birth of John.
