We are looking today at <strong><em>the chastening of the vineyard in general<\/em><\/strong>. I noticed in our text that part of the chastening involves the removal of the hedge of protection. I fear the embracing of our nation of so many things that God says\u00a0are wrong\u00a0such as gay rights and the killing of the unborn is caused God to lift his hedge\u00a0of grace\u00a0and the enemy\u00a0has come in like a flood upon us. In verse six He says He will lay it waste. It is clear our country is on the brink of bankruptcy.\u00a0May the\u00a0church lift their heads unto the hills from whence comes our help.
