In the creation account we find <strong><em>the seed is to be a substitute.<\/em> <\/strong>When Eve had her first son she said I have gotten a man from the Lord. She was convinced of the fact that he was the promised seed. In the story Cain killed Abel and destroyed the thought\u00a0of\u00a0this promise seed. Then God gave them another son by the name\u00a0of Seth\u00a0which means substitute.
