Let us look today at<strong><em> the declaration of the Gospel and its calls.<\/em><\/strong> In II\u00a0Peter we are told that the Lord is not willing that any should perish. The word willing means one&#8217;s desire. In Hebrews 8:12 we are told He wills to be merciful and wills to remember sin\u00a0no more, the word will here means a decree that causes something to happen.
