Let us\u00a0muse again today from Matthew 2: 19-20 and the theme of Jesus the King<\/em><\/strong>. I see today in our text Herod’s end<\/em><\/strong>. I noticed the warning to Joseph to carry the infant back to Israel\u00a0 said because they are\u00a0dead who tried to kill Him. The Holy Ghost loathed Herod’s\u00a0name so deeply\u00a0He never mentioned it in this text. What joy and relief to the world when some men die. Those who keep others from the King will not likely live long.\u00a0Herod raised a sword against the\u00a0baby Jesus yet this infinite\u00a0 God-man\u00a0signed Herod’s\u00a0death warrant and brought about his demise. Oh what a King.\u00a0How dangerous for those among us who are keeping people from Christ.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
