In our text today we find <strong><em>John the Baptist&#8217;s humility<\/em> <\/strong>when he tells Jesus he needs to be baptized of Him. John speaks of\u00a0the baptism of the Holy Ghost. I remind us that John was filled with the Holy Ghost in his mother&#8217;s womb. Is that not the mark of humility one who is full of the Holy Ghost always desires and needs more of the Holy Ghost. I am glad Jesus nor John was\u00a0taught you get all of the Spirit you&#8217;re going to get at salvation\u00a0for Jesus said how much more shall the Father give the Spirit to them that ask Him.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Let us muse again today from Matthew 3: 14 and the theme of Jesus the King.
