In our study for today we find the encouragement to <strong><em>be not offended<\/em><\/strong>. I feel John\u00a0while in\u00a0prison has stumbled but has not fallen. It is very easy to think oneself as being deserted or alone when\u00a0expectations do not turn out as planned. Our Lord&#8217;s admonition to John is blessed is the man that is not\u00a0offended in me. The word blessed is happy in the plural. The last of the phrase is blessed is the man who does not get upset at the way I run my business. The Old Testament writers said it best when he said my expectations or from the Lord. Whatever happens that&#8217;s what I was expecting and because of that I will never be disappointed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Let us muse again today from Matthew 11:6 and the theme of Jesus the king.
