We find a\u00a0statement in this verse that the demands for the\u00a0head of John the Baptist was not a last-minute\u00a0thought but a\u00a0pre-meditated act. The statement\u00a0I speak of is\u00a0she being instructed of her mother, tells us these wicked women plan this from the start. Herodias was more\u00a0exposed in character by John the Baptist revealing that she was an adulteress than was Herod. It is often the woman who is greatly offended because she knows she plotted\u00a0for the\u00a0affair to happen, she could have said NO.
