Our Lord\u00a0found rest by getting <strong><em>alone and praying<\/em><\/strong>.\u00a0It was there He found\u00a0strength both spiritually\u00a0and physically.\u00a0He must have told the\u00a0Gospel writers because they\u00a0recorded the\u00a0story. He didn&#8217;t tell them for\u00a0the notoriety but\u00a0that they would follow His example.
