How often do \u00a0we consider outward things that are\u00a0\u00a0 done and their affect upon\u00a0the spirit of a person. Our Lord clears that up when He says they are like food that passes through the mouth, stomach, and out the bowels of the person. They have no affect \u00a0on the mental and spiritual part of a person. It is\u00a0 so with many of the things done on the outward man that we find so loudly harped upon \u00a0at the church house. They have no effect on the spiritual defilement of an individual.
