There is one here who as a daughter\u00a0emulates her Old Testament mother, <em>Jezebel<\/em>. She is <em>teaching<\/em> and <em>seducing <\/em>in the church at Thyatira. She seeks to get the people to\u00a0 <em>commit fornication<\/em> and to <em>eat things sacrificed unto idols<\/em>. This spirit still lives in our churches today. The seducing spirit makes us desire to live according to the flesh, pay homage to the world, and find our security in our own financial abilities.
